1. standard sample means the sample is with our own standard color and package.

2. Approved sample means the sample is specially made according to the customer's requirement.

3. Sample charge: the samples will be free of charge if the cost is less than US$2.0. Otherwise, we will send you a  sample invoice to take the sample charge. The sample charge will be deducted from the firm order.

4. Lead time: As a rule, the Standard Sample could be sent out within 5-7 days upon your request after receipt of our bank's Confirmation evidencing the sample charge is paid. Approved Sample normally will be sent out within 10 days after receipt of the customer's workable artwork.

5. Freight: Any sample for sending out is based on FRIEGHT COLLECTED. Customers are requested to inform us your designated courier A/C number in advance.
